It is comfortable and quick, and it doesn't need unusual ingredients. I only use what I have in my fridge. That's why these remedies are necessary and essential to all of us.
Turmeric is a strong spice. It's used a lot in Indian and China in their traditional medicine. This spice can be protective against skin-damaging, protect you from the skin cancer. If you have acne or dark spot, you need to use this mask to improve your skin condition.
1 tbs turmeric
1/2 tbs honey
1/2 tbs yogourt
3 drops of lemon juice
Apply on your skin for about 20 minutes and then wash your face with cold water. For seeing the better result, twice a week can make a significant difference on your face. You can make this mask once a week and keep the rest in the fridge for the second round.
Cinamon is a potent spice used for its excellent medicinal properties. In fact, as per a Hong Kong research study, cinnamon ranks number 1 out of the 26 most popular herbs concerning the antioxidant content. It's been years that I apply this mask on my face. It has an extraordinary effect on my skin. This mask can exfoliate your skin and diminishes blemishes naturally. Applying once a week is enough to see a good result.
2 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs honey
1/2 tbs coconut oil
Avocado is a super fruit. It has a benefit for each part of our body. The face mask of avocado can be beneficial for anti-aging treatments to reduce wrinkles. Eating it or applying it as a mask can both improve your health and skin. The antioxidant in this fruit help to detoxify your skin. If I want, to be honest, I have to admit that it's a good hair mask as well. If your hair is damaged, this mask can refresh your hair and help the damages. Now you understand why I am in love with avocado.
1/2 avocado mashed
1/2 tbs honey
1 tbs almond butter
This is an everyday mask to reduce your fatigue and refresh your skin. All you need is a cucumber. you can combine this cucumber with different ingredients for different benefits.
If you mix it with yogourt can calm your skin and it is a very good idea for sunburn and skin damages.
If you mix it with aloe vera, your skin will smooth and will clean from all the pollutions and dead cells.
If you mix it with honey, can nourish your skin with different vitamins like vitamin A, Bc, and biotin.
If you combine it with soaked oat, the oat excess oils found deep within skin pores and on the skin's surface. Its abrasive nature will gently scour off dead cells found on the skin. Deeply cleanses skin pores, removing grime, dirt, bacteria, pollution and excess oils.
Coconut oil Mask
Baking soda is one of the best cleansing agents on the market. It can be used to clean your dishes, your counters, your teeth, and even your skin. Plus, it’s a very potent exfoliator that also works to balance your skin’s delicate pH. Add in the moisturizing and antibacterial properties of coconut oil, and you won’t have to buy over-the-counter blackhead fighters ever again. Here’s what you’ll need and how to use it.
Mix 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 1 teaspoon baking soda in a bowl.
Stir until ingredients form a paste.
If necessary, add more baking soda a pinch at a time until you’ve got a paste.
To get the most from this mask, apply the coconut oil and baking soda mixture to your face and let it sit for 5 minutes. Next, gently rub your skin with small circular motions for 2 minutes to remove dead skin cells. Spend a little extra time massaging the areas of your face (your nose, chin, and forehead ) where blackheads are more common. Finally, rinse your face with cool water and pat dry with a soft towel. Your skin will feel soft and smooth for hours afterward. Apply this face mask up to three times per week to make your blackheads will gradually disappear.
