I think this recipe can be a good idea for apéro time! I thinkthis recipe os beyond delicious, and it is not heavy at all. If a popper could be gourmet, this one is! I think it is going to be your new favorite. It can be served cold or warm.
This Brie topped with roasted walnuts, raisins & a drinzzle of honey . I always add a fresh thyme on top for make it more beautiful but still get some freshness from thyme.
This recipe is always reminding me of my childhood memories when my mom used to make cheese with walnuts and honey for me to take to school. I loved to combine cheese with a sweet flavor.
1/4 cup walnuts
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp honey
A pinch of salt & cinnamon
Roasted your walnuts in the oven for 15 minutes at 170°c.
Crushed the walnuts in a bowl and add a pinch of cinnamon and salt.
Add the raisins to the bowl.
Choose a serving plate and add your cheese in the center.
With a spoon add all the walnuts and the raisins.
Add 1 tbsp pf honey on top.
You can add some rosemary for an extra touch and its garnish.
