How can say no to this delicious, cripsy chicken?
This may be the perfect comforting dinner recipe; it’s fantastic for the holidays or otherwise. It’s incredibly hearty and perfect for everyone in the family. Children love it. My mom is a huge fan of this recipe and I learned it from her. I request to make it every time that I come home to visit because still, she makes it better! It’s actually kind of incredible how tasty this crispy chicken is, and how similar the texture is to an actual oil frying pan chicken.

How to make crispy chicken breast?
6 boneless chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup crispy fry powder
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the chicken breast on a large platter. In a small bowl, beaten your egg perfectly.
In 2 flat plates, add the flours separately.
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and ground black pepper.
Put the chicken pieces in the all-purpose flour at first and then dip each chicken breast into the egg bowl and again put them in the crispy frying powder until well-coated.
Add some olive oil to your baking sheet and place each chicken breast on it. Bake it for 35-40 minutes (or until the breading is golden brown and the juices run clear), flipping each breast after 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish or serve it with some quinoa as I did in this recipe! Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy!
