This chocolate recipe is so easy to make, and I bet you have all of the ingredients in your pantry already. Today, I’m sharing my favorite chocolate recipe, plus tips on how to change it up.
You can easily use your microwave to melt the chocolate but if you don't have access to a microwave, you can use a double boiler. Check out my tip below:
No microwave? Melting white chocolate? Use a double boiler. Place the chocolate in a large heat-proof bowl over a pot of gently simmering water. Cook until the chocolate is almost entirely melted, stirring frequently. Carefully wipe any condensation from the bottom of the bowl before scooping the chocolate onto your baking sheet (water and chocolate do not mix!).
200 gr chocolate (milk or dark)
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup crushed pistachio
Some sea salt
Melt the chocolate in a microwave for 30 seconds and use a spoon to shape your chocolate on a baking paper. The temperature of your melted chocolate should be at 31.5°C.
You need to be quick and add the pomegranate seeds and pistachios as quick as possible.
Sprinkle some sea salt on top of each.
Let it stay for 45 minutes or keep it in the fridge for 20 Minutes.
