Meet my flouless banana bread recipe. I’ve been working on this cake for a long time, and I’m so happy to report that I’ve finally nailed it.
I hope you have a banana bread lover in your life, because this recipe will make him or her very happy especially when you eat it gulit free.
This homemade banana bread would be perfect for any occasion. It’s exactly what I want it to be: delicious and moist, gently spiced with cinnamon and cardamom, infused with flecks of fresh banana, and topped with crispy walnuts. It’s the best.
This recipe is also simple and everyone can make it at home. Here's the recipe:
1 3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp cardamom
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup stevia or white sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
Preheat your oven to 175℃.
With a fork mash your banans and add it to your bowl.
Add egg, coconut oil, cinnamon, brown sugar & stevia, vanilla and cardamom. Mix everything well until becomes very smooth.
Add almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix again.
Add crushed walnuts and keep some for its topping.
Add chocolate chips and mix all the ingredients gently.
Pour the banana bread batter in a baking pan, round or rectangle, sprinkle some crushed wanuts and bake it in the oven for 50-55 minutes.
Banana bread should get rest after you are taking it out of oven. So, please don't be in rush to serve it.
