Do you know how healthy bread is just an excuse to eat them? Here’s a healthy olive, Rosemary and feta bread recipe that’s healthy: and tastes good, too!
Most bread recipes are difficult to make and they have refined flour or gluten. You can make this recipe with gluten-free flour. Here’s my healthy savory bread, made with no refined flour and lightly salted with olive and feta. And it actually tastes great! You may remember my “famous” #healthycakes lightly sweet and fluffy, made with oats and bananas. Well, this is the same concept: this time in bread form!

How to make healthy savory bread?
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped feta
1/2 cup chopped rosemary or oregano
1/3 cup olive oil
In a large bowl, mix almond and whole wheat flours, salt, flaxseed and mix it well.
Add the egg and the baking powder and the oil. Mix all the ingredients for a few second.
Add feta, chopped olives, chopped thyme or fresh oregano to your bread mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Prepare a baking pan and add your mix into it. Bake it for 45 to 55 minutes.
When your bread is baked, let it cool and then transfer it. It is perfect to serve for parties, as a snack and even for breakfast.
