I'd like to introduce you to my favorite cookie recipe. This peanut butter oatmeal cookie recipe yields cookies that are perfect for your breakfast, snack time, and even before the gym. It's high in fiber and protein.
These cookies are loaded with pure peanut butter flavor. They’re sweet, but not too sweet. If you’re a fan of my almond cookies, you’ll enjoy these as well. You can be sure that everyone in your family will love these cookies.
This flourless cookie recipe is gluten free as long as your oats are certified gluten free.
Here’s the recipe:
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
Some Sea salt
1 1/2 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp almond milk or water
Method: in a bowl, add 3 tbsp of peanut butter, vanilla extract & cinnamon. Mix everything well.
Add 1 1/2 cup oats with baking powder!& combine everything perfectly. Add 3 tbsp almond milk or water and continue mixing your ingredients with a fork.
Preheated your oven to 155°C.
Prepare a baking tray and place a parchment paper on it.
Shape your cookies and place them on the tray. Sprinkle some sea salt on top of each.
Bake them for 12 minutes.
