Cooking class in Ritz-Escoffier

 

Food is my passion and being in Ritz-Escoffier was a great pleasure to meet people who are expert in this field and learn from their experiences. Hotel Ritz has a reputation for excellence and luxury universe. Beautiful Hotel in place Vendôme which carries more than 100 years of history. The hotel was founded by César Ritz, in collaboration with the chef Auguste Escoffier in 1898. 

 

The school located inside the  hotel's kitchens which is designed for young talents to learn more about culinary techniques of life behind the scenes at the Ritz Paris. You can enjoy the experience certification courses and general classes  which are in French or in English, by the professional chefs. 

 

 

I've headed to Paris to attend this amazing cooking class at Ritz-Escoffier. They welcomed us warmly and guided to to different cooking and patisserie classes. We introduced to the chef coach Simon who helped us through the menu and thought us different techniques. We realized how to choose a bouquet of flowers for our table and how to choose a right flower for our dish. 

 

 It was a beautiful kitchen with all the vintage accessories and cooking equipment. You feel like you are in the Parisian movies . Everything was beautifully organized and we understood step by step what should we do. 

 

 

 

 

 Prepared a plate which is covered with garlic, olive oil and fresh oregano, put the finely chopped tomatoes on the plate and cooked them for 2 hours. 

 Honestly, I have never imagined that I could cut a fillet from a whole fish. Simon thought us how to do it perfectly.

 My favorite part, which was about flavoring the cream we needed with fresh jasmine flowers. The smell brings you to your childhood.

 Beautiful chef's table setting. Everything is in silver and it has an elegancy.

 

 Et Voila! This is a part of our work. It was extremely delicious , believe me, i don't say it because i made it , i say it because it was ! The crunchiness of the tarte and the garlic flavor of the cooked tomatos was incredible.
