Avocado tartar
I love raw food recipes. When I first came to Brussels, beef tartar became my favorite dish. However, I do prefer no meat recipes, so i decided to share a few raw food recipes on the blog. I came up with the concept for this avocado tartar; it’s inspired by a different raw avocado salad, and some other salads I’ve enjoyed elsewhere.
I honestly, make this tartar every time that I am craving something tasty and creamy. It's perfect as a meal or even as an appetizer with a piece of fresh bread. The lemon juice makes this salad so yummy and you want to continue eating. Believe me!

Ingredients
1 large cucumber
a few fresh mint leaves
2 avocados
olive oil
2 lemons
Salt & pepper
3 green onions
Method
Chop cucumber, green onions, mint, and avocado very finely. We need them to be small for this tartar salad.
Transfer them into a bowl and add lemon juice, olive oil and salt & pepper.
Mix everything and keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Serve it with a piece of fresh bread,
