Chicken Wrap

Over the weekend, I indulged in a grand idea. I decided to start a crowdfunding campaign for my snack brand "TOOP" bites and my cookbook. I have a few objectives for that such as requiring Bio labels, premium packaging, and a user-friendly E-shop. Hopefully, with all your supports, I can achieve the target and accomplish this sustainable project.

As you can imagine, with loads of work, I have to be quick to prepare a delicious recipe. I finally, came up with the idea for this chicken wrap with Persian flavor. It has pomegranate molasses and walnuts that we use in one of our traditional recipes "Fesenjan".

Try this healthy wrap and let me know your opinion.

Here's the recipe:

(serves 2)

400 gr of chicken breast

2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

1 onion, sliced

1 tablespoon honey

2 tbsp crushed walnuts

4 small cherry tomatoes

1 avocado

1 tablespoon #Sesame seeds for its garnish

Some olive oil

Salt & pepper

In a pan, add some olive oil and add your sliced onions & let it saute for 7-8 minutes.

Add 1 tsp of turmeric, salt & pepper & walnuts, and ket it sautés for 2 minutes.

Add pomegranate molasses and honey let it cook on very low heat for 5 minutes.

Add chicken slices to the sauce and sauté your chicken for 8-10 minutes each side and set it aside.

Slice the avocado and tomatoes and set it aside for later.

Prepare a serving plate and place a lettuce wrap on it.

Add the cold chicken to the iceberg leaves and some slice of avocados and tomatoes. Sprinkle some sesame seeds at the end.
