How to make this delicious pear dessert?
1 vanilla bean stick
3 tbsp honey ( I use Meli)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp coconut butter
2 tbsp roasted almond
some chocolate chips, and some fresh mint
15 ml Calvados (optional)
Cut the pears into the half, removing the cores. Brush with the mixture of coconut butter and cinnamon.
In a pan, add the pears and vanilla and let it cook for 15 minutes until become caramelized.
Remove the pan from the heat and then add the Calvados.
Serve the pears with yogurt or ice cream as you desired. Enjoy!
