Grilled Corn
It’s the bbq season. Let’s make some grilled corn and turn it into a meal!
This refreshing grilled corn would also complement grilled mains, like my go-to veggie burgers. You could also add onto greens to make it a salad for lunch—just add a drizzle of olive oil, if you’d like.
This corn recipe is made primarily with fresh sweet corn, red onion, cilantro, chili flakes, and lime juice.

All you need:
2 fresh corns
1 small red onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Olive oil
Chili flakes
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
Method:
Place a grill pan on medium low heat.
Add the corn one by one and let it for 5 minutes very slowly each side.
Change the heat to medium high & let it cook again for 15 minutes each side.
Meanwhile, In a small bowl, add chopped onions, parsley, olive oil, lime juice & chili flakes with some salt & pepper. Mix them perfectly.
Prepare a serving plate, add the corn & topped it with your parsley & onion sauce.
