Healthy oat cookies with chocolate chips
For years, I’ve been searching for a healthy verion of chocolate chip cookie recipe. If you are reading my blog, you know that i am in love with sweets and bakery goods. I can eat outrageously delicious bakery-style cookies all the time which is not possible.
That's why i made this recipe to make my life much easier and healthier. This cookie recipe is very easyto make. No mixer required. No creaming of softened-but-not-too-soft butter. No chilling the dough for 24 hours. I don’t have the patience for any of that. Sometimes a girl just needs a cookie but a healthy one!

Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free oats
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
A pinch of salt
1 banana
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Method:
In a bowl, mashed banana and add peanut butter to it. Mix it well.
Add vanilla, cinnamon, salt, oats & mix everything well until becomes smooth in the texture.
Add chocolate chips and mix again.
Preheat your oven to 175°C.
Use an icecream scoop to shape your cookies and place them on a parchment paper.
Bake them for about 10-12 minutes.
