Herbs Rice with Saffron

1 cup basmati rice 1/4 cup coriander

1/4 cup dill

1/4 cup chives

2 cloves of garlic

5 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp bloomed saffron

In a pan, bring 2 cups of water to boil.

Add the rice and let it cook for 7 minutes.

Rinse the rice and put the pan again on the heat. Add 2 tbsp of oil into the pan. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix all the herbs and the garlic.

Add one layer of rice and one layer of mixed herbs.

Add another 2 tbsp of oil on top with 1/4 cup of water.

Let it to steam for 45 minutes.

When the rice is ready, add the bloomed saffron and serve it into a plate.
