Oat & chocolate chips cookies

Autumn came to our home and nothing is more pleasant than enjoying a warm cookie with a cup of tea. Something easy and of course healthy! Make sure to try this new cookie recipe to make this delicious moment at home.

How to make these cookies?

2 cups oats

1/4 cup honey (I used Meli which is the best for this kind of cookies)

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Fresh vanilla beans

1/4 cup applesauce

2 tbsp peanut butter

a pinch of salt

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 170°C.

In a bowl, add all the ingredients at the same time. Mix it perfectly with a spoon.

Prepare a baking sheet and with an ice cream spoon, add the dough to the baking sheet. You can firm the dough with your spoon too.

Bake it for about 25 minutes.
