Oat & Chocolate Muffins

Holiday baking hack: a new version of making oats & chocolate muffins for this holiday season!

Oats are perfect to make a healthy version of any kind of muffin recipes. It keeps the muffins moisture and keeps you full for a long time.

This recipe is perfect for everyone in your family, especially your kids!

















For 6 muffins:

2 cups oats 2 bananas 1 tbsp cinnamon & cardamom 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt 2 tbsp #maple syrup 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tap baking powder



Method:

In a bowl, mashed the bananas & add the honey, vanilla, salt & almond butter. Mix all the ingredients well.

Add oats to the bowl & with a fork combine it with the banana sauce.

Add baking powder & 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Prepare a muffin tray. Add some coconut oil to each muffin cup to avoid sticking.

Add the batter to the muffin places and bake it for 20 Minutes.

Fill muffin cases two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 mins, until risen.

Leave the muffins in the tin to cool for a few mins and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
