Orange, Cinnamon Tea

In these cold days, the only thing that i wish to have is a cup of warm flavourable tea. This easy inflused tea is a combination of fall ingredients and it is very easy to make. You can even keep it in the fridge and serve it cold.


While I’ve always been a fan of its flavour and aroma, I was thrilled to know about cinnamon cures. This humble spice can settle your stomach, boost metabolism and is a memory keeper.













Ingredients


3 1/2 cups water

3 cinnamon sticks

Peel (without pith) and juice of 1 orange

2 tbsp honey or mayple syrup

You have 2 ways to make this tea. The first is to bring the ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat; steep, covered, until the liquid cools to room temperature. Strain and reheat to serve.

or you can put it in the fridge and serve it cold.
